Who We Are
MoPs Cleaning Services LLC is a local cleaning company based at 3217 Rexford Dr in South Bend, Indiana. Owner Patricia Kraemer — Patti, to most of the people who call — runs the business alongside the team that shows up at your door. We handle both residential and commercial cleaningand we're fully insured, which matters when someone else has a key to your home or your building.
We're rated 4.2 out of 5 from and we'd rather earn that the slow way: doing good work for neighbors in South Bend and Granger, then doing it again next visit. No sales pitch, no long contracts to sign before anyone's seen your kitchen.
The reason we exist is pretty simple. Cleaning is the chore that never actually finishes, and most people would rather spend a Saturday on something else. Our goal is to help clients keep their homes or vacation rentals tidy so they can focus on what matters most to them — family, work, guests, a day off that's genuinely off.
What We Clean
We keep our service list short on purpose, because we'd rather do two things well than ten things adequately.
- Residential cleaning — houses and apartments of all sizes, plus vacation rentals that need to be guest-ready between stays. Recurring visits or one-time cleans.
- Commercial cleaning — offices, shops and other work spaces, scheduled around your business hours rather than through the middle of them.
Flexible scheduling is the part clients bring up most. Our hours run Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, and Sunday 10am to 2pm — so there's usually a window that works, whether that's a weekday morning while you're at the office, an evening after a showing, or a Sunday turnaround on a rental.
What Our Clients Say
We have we're happy to point people toward. Here's one from a homeowner in Granger:
I live in Granger and have had bad experiences with cleaners for my 4 bedroom house in the past. A coworker suggested I call Patti with MOPS cleaning. She was AMAZING!
Another client kept it short and to the point: "Had a good experience with MoPs." We'll take that too. Most of our work comes from word of mouth — a coworker mentions us, a neighbor passes along the number — and that's the kind of growth we're built for.

Getting Started With Us

From there we'll talk through what a visit looks like and find a time that fits. If you manage a vacation rental and need a reliable turnaround between guests, mention that up front so we can build the timing around your booking calendar.
