MoPs Cleaning Services LLC is a local, fully insured cleaning company owned by Patricia Kraemer, serving homes across South Bend and Granger, Indiana. We handle residential cleaning and commercial cleaning, and we build the schedule around you rather than the other way around. The whole point is simple: you get your weekends back and your home stays tidy.
What Our House Cleaning Covers
Our residential cleaning is meant for real houses that real people live in — kids, pets, muddy boots in the winter, all of it. We work through the rooms you use most and leave them genuinely clean, not just tidied up for show.
- Kitchens — counters, sinks, appliance exteriors, cabinet fronts and floors
- Bathrooms — tubs, showers, toilets, mirrors and fixtures
- Bedrooms and living areas — dusting, surfaces and floors
- Vacuuming and mopping throughout the home
- Vacation rental turnovers between guests
If there's something you want extra attention on — a guest room before family arrives, a basement nobody's touched spring — tell us when you call and we'll work it into the visit. Patricia handles the scheduling personally, so requests don't get lost in a call center somewhere.
Scheduling That Fits Your Week
Flexible scheduling is the thing our customers mention most. Some people want us every week, some every other week, some once a month, and some only before a party or after a move. Vacation rental owners in the Notre Dame area often need us on short notice between bookings, and we do our best to make those work.
Our office hours are wide on purpose. We're reachable Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 7:00pm, Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Sunday from 10:00am to 2:00pm. If you're trying to find house cleaning near me on a Sunday afternoon because company is coming Tuesday, there's a good chance someone will actually answer the phone at (574) 993-1147.

What Our Customers Say
MoPs Cleaning Services holds a 4.2 out of 5 rating from . We'd rather let those customers speak than write our own sales copy.
I live in Granger and have had bad experiences with cleaners for my 4 bedroom house in the past. A coworker suggested I call Patti with MOPS cleaning. She was AMAZING!
Had a good experience with MoPs Cleaning.
Being fully insured matters here too. You're handing over access to your home, and you should know the company standing in it carries proper coverage. We do.
