MoPs Cleaning Services LLC is South Bend and Granger's trusted residential and commercial cleaning team, and Osceola sits right in the middle of the area we cover every week. We're a local company — owner Patricia Kraemer answers the phone, and she's the one who built the reputation behind our 4.2-star rating from . We're fully insured, and we work around your schedule rather than the other way around.
Local Cleaning for Osceola Homes and Businesses
Osceola is a short drive from our base at 3217 Rexford Dr in South Bend, so getting out to you isn't a special trip — it's part of our normal route between South Bend, Mishawaka, Granger and Elkhart. That matters more than people expect. It means we can be flexible about start times, fit in a one-off clean when something comes up, and keep a steady schedule for the clients who want us every week or every other week.
We do two things and we do them properly: residential cleaning and commercial cleaning. That includes vacation rentals and second properties, which are a real part of what we handle. The goal has always been simple — you come home or open up in the morning to a place that's already taken care of, and you get your time back for whatever actually matters to you.
I live in Granger and have had bad experiences with cleaners for my 4 bedroom house in the past. A coworker suggested I call Patti with MOPS cleaning. She was AMAZING!
Residential Cleaning in Osceola
Whether you're in an older home near the river or a newer build off Lincoln Way, our residential cleaning is built around how your house is actually used. Some clients want the whole place gone through top to bottom. Others want the kitchen and bathrooms handled and the rest left alone. We'd rather ask than assume, so we talk it through before we start and adjust as we go.
- Regular weekly, biweekly or monthly house cleaning
- One-time and occasional cleans when you need a reset
- Vacation rental and second-home turnovers
- Kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and bedrooms
- Flexible scheduling that works around your family and your work
Commercial Cleaning in Osceola
For businesses, the work happens on your terms. Plenty of Osceola offices, shops and small commercial spaces would rather we come through after close or before the doors open, and our hours make that workable — we're out Monday through Friday until 7pm, plus Saturdays and Sunday mornings. If you've been looking at office cleaning services and want something local and consistent rather than a rotating crew you never meet, that's what we offer.
Commercial clients usually care about two things: that the clean is the same every visit, and that the person in the building is someone they trust. Being fully insured is part of that, and so is being a small local outfit where you know exactly who's coming. We'll walk the space with you, agree on what gets done, and stick to it.
