Our residential cleaning service is built around real homes with real schedules, which is exactly what a rental property is. The difference with a turnover is timing. You tell us the checkout and check-in windows, and we work inside them. Owner Patricia Kraemer handles the scheduling personally, so you're not routed through a call center when a booking changes at the last minute.
Flexible scheduling isn't a slogan here. We're open Monday through Friday 8am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, and Sunday 10am to 2pm — which covers the weekend flips that make up most of the short-term rental calendar around Notre Dame and the lakes.
What a Turnover Clean Covers
A turnover is a full residential clean with a guest-ready finish. We treat every room like the next person walking in is going to photograph it, because sometimes they do.
- Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop, exterior of appliances, and a check of the fridge for anything left behind
- Bathrooms: tub, shower, toilet, sink, mirrors, and fresh towels set out if you leave them for us
- Bedrooms: beds stripped and made up with the linens you provide, surfaces dusted, floors done
- Living areas: vacuumed, dusted, cushions straightened, remotes and clutter put back where they belong

- We agree on what a turnover looks like at your place — linens, supplies, where the key lives, anything specific you want checked.
- You send us dates, or standing weekends, and we build them into the schedule.
- We clean between guests and let you know if anything needs your attention.
