Granger's Trusted Cleaning Team
MoPs Cleaning Services LLC is a local company, based a short drive away at 3217 Rexford Dr in South Bend, and Granger is one of the areas we cover week in and week out. Owner Patricia Kraemer — Patti, to most of her clients — handles residential and commercial cleaning with flexible scheduling, and the company is fully insured. We hold a 4.2 out of 5 rating from .
The idea is simple enough: your home or your vacation rental gets clean, and you get your evenings and weekends back for whatever actually matters to you. No long contracts, no upselling you on things you didn't ask for.
I live in Granger and have had bad experiences with cleaners for my 4 bedroom house in the past. A coworker suggested I call Patti with MOPS cleaning. She was AMAZING!
Residential Cleaning for Granger Homes
Granger has a lot of larger homes — four bedrooms and up is common — and a big house takes a different kind of attention than a small apartment. We work through the rooms you use most, and we work around how your household actually runs, whether that means a standing weekly visit or something less frequent.
Residential cleaning with MoPs covers:
- Regular cleaning on a weekly, biweekly or monthly rhythm
- One-time cleans when you need the house reset
- Kitchens and bathrooms, floors, surfaces and the everyday build-up
- Vacation rental turnovers, so the place is ready for the next guest
- Homes of all sizes, including the bigger four-plus bedroom properties around Granger
If you've been searching for house cleaning in Granger and want to talk through what your place needs before committing to anything, call and ask. Patti will tell you straight whether we're the right fit.
Commercial Cleaning Around Granger
We also clean commercial spaces. Offices, small business premises, shared areas — the kind of place where a clean floor and a stocked, tidy restroom is the first thing a customer or a new hire notices. Because our hours run into the evening on weekdays and cover both Saturday and Sunday, we can usually find a slot that doesn't put us in the middle of your business day.
Commercial work is quoted based on the space and how often you want us there. Some clients want a full service several times a week; others want one visit on a Saturday to handle what their own staff can't get to. Both are fine.
