South Bend & Granger's Trusted Cleaning Team
MoPs Cleaning Services LLC is a local cleaning company based a few minutes from campus at 3217 Rexford Dr in South Bend. Owner Patricia Kraemer — Patti to most of her clients — runs both residential and commercial cleaning with flexible scheduling, and the company is fully insured. We hold a 4.2 out of 5 rating from .
The Notre Dame area has its own rhythm. Families here juggle work and kids, rental owners fill up on football weekends, and offices need to look presentable without anyone on staff having to think about it. We work around all of that instead of forcing everyone into the same Tuesday morning slot.
Along with Notre Dame, we regularly clean in South Bend, Granger, Mishawaka, Osceola, Elkhart, Niles and Edwardsburg.
Residential Cleaning Near Notre Dame
Our residential cleaning covers the rooms that actually get used and the ones that get forgotten. Whether it's a four-bedroom house in Granger or a smaller place closer to campus, the goal is the same: you come home and it's done, and you spend your evening on something other than the bathroom floor.
- Kitchens — counters, appliance exteriors, sinks and floors
- Bathrooms — tubs, showers, toilets, mirrors and fixtures
- Bedrooms and living areas — dusting, surfaces, vacuuming
- Floors throughout, vacuumed and mopped
- Vacation rentals and guest-ready turnovers between stays
Vacation rentals are a real part of what we do around Notre Dame. If you rent out a property during game weekends, graduation or move-in week, we can get it turned over and ready for the next guest so you're not scrambling between check-out and check-in.
I live in Granger and have had bad experiences with cleaners for my 4 bedroom house in the past. A coworker suggested I call Patti with MOPS cleaning. She was AMAZING!
Commercial Cleaning for Notre Dame Businesses
We also handle commercial work — offices, small business spaces and the kinds of rooms clients and customers see first. If you've been searching for office cleaning services in the Notre Dame and South Bend area, this is the side of our business built for it.
Commercial cleaning typically includes restrooms, break rooms and kitchenettes, lobbies and reception areas, desks and shared surfaces, trash removal and floor care. We'll walk your space, talk through what matters most to you and what you'd rather we leave alone, and build the visit around that. Being fully insured matters here too — most landlords and property managers will ask, and we have the answer ready.
Because our hours run into the evening on weekdays, we can often clean after your team has gone home. Nobody's vacuuming past your conference call.
Scheduling, Hours and How to Reach Us
Flexible scheduling is the part people mention most. Weekly, every other week, monthly, one-time before or after an event, or a standing turnover schedule for a rental — tell us what your calendar looks like and we'll fit into it.
- Monday through Friday: 8:00am – 7:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Yes, that includes weekends, which is usually when Notre Dame rental owners need us most.
To get started, call (574) 993-1147. Tell us where you are, what kind of space it is, and how often you'd like us there. We'll give you a straight answer on what we can do and when we can start. We're at 3217 Rexford Dr, South Bend, IN 46615.
