South Bend and Granger, Our Home Base
Most of our work sits in South Bend and Granger, and that's where we've built our reputation. Older South Bend homes with real woodwork and plenty of corners, newer Granger builds with a lot of square footage to get through, offices and small commercial spaces that need to be clean before Monday morning — we've cleaned all of it. Notre Dame sits right in that same pocket, and we're used to working around game weekends, move-in weeks and the turnover that comes with a university town.
I live in Granger and have had bad experiences with cleaners for my 4 bedroom house in the past. A coworker suggested I call Patti with MOPS cleaning. She was AMAZING!
That kind of feedback is a big part of why we're rated 4.2 out of 5 from . We're not going to pretend every job in ten years has been perfect, but we show up, we're insured, and we fix things when they need fixing.
Michiana Neighbors: Mishawaka, Osceola, Elkhart, Niles and Edwardsburg
East of South Bend we're regularly in Mishawaka and Osceola, and we run out to Elkhart for both houses and commercial accounts. Across the state line, Niles and Edwardsburg are close enough that we treat them the same as anywhere else on the list — no different scheduling, no different standard of work.
A good share of what we do in these towns is vacation rental and second-home turnover. Owners who don't live nearby need someone they can trust in the property without being there to supervise. That's exactly the job we were built for: getting a place reset between guests so the owner can get on with everything else.
Booking a Clean in Your Area
Flexible scheduling isn't a slogan here, it's how the calendar actually runs. We're open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Sunday 10:00am to 2:00pm, which means evenings and weekends are genuinely on the table — useful if you run an office and can't have anyone underfoot during business hours, or if you're juggling a rental changeover on a Sunday afternoon.
Getting started is simple:
- Call (574) 993-1147 and tell us your town and what needs cleaning.
- We talk through the size of the space, how often you want us, and what matters most to you.
- We agree on a day and time that fits your week, not ours.
- We show up, fully insured, and get it done.
Whether you need a one-time reset, a regular home cleaning service every other week, or a standing commercial contract, the conversation starts the same way. Ask us anything you want to know before you book — we'd rather answer ten questions up front than have you wondering.
