MoPs Cleaning Services LLC is South Bend and Granger's trusted residential and commercial cleaning team, and Niles is a short hop up the road for us. We're fully insured, we work around your schedule instead of the other way around, and we hold a 4.2-star rating from . Owner Patricia Kraemer — Patti to most of our clients — still takes the calls herself at (574) 993-1147.
A Local Team Niles Can Call On
We're based at 3217 Rexford Dr in South Bend, which puts Niles well inside the area we cover every week. Alongside Niles we clean in South Bend, Granger, Mishawaka, Notre Dame, Osceola, Elkhart and Edwardsburg, so if you live on one side of the state line and work on the other, you don't need two different cleaning companies.
The goal is simple and we say it plainly: we want to help you keep your home, or your vacation rental, tidy so you can focus on what matters most. That's it. No long contracts to sign, no packages built to upsell you into things you didn't ask for.
"I live in Granger and have had bad experiences with cleaners for my 4 bedroom house in the past. A coworker suggested I call Patti with MOPS cleaning. She was AMAZING!"
Residential Cleaning in Niles
Most of what we do is residential. Houses in Niles range from older homes near downtown to newer builds out toward the county line, and the cleaning each one needs isn't the same. We walk through with you first, find out what actually bothers you about the place, and build the visit around that rather than handing you a checklist someone wrote for a different house.
- Weekly, every-other-week or monthly visits, whichever fits your life
- One-time cleans before a party, after a move, or when company is coming
- Vacation rental turnovers between guests
- Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces and floors
- A fully insured team, so there's nothing for you to worry about
If you've been searching for house cleaning in Niles and come away unsure who to trust, we'd rather earn it than claim it. Start with a single clean and see what the house looks like when we leave. Plenty of our regulars began exactly that way.
Commercial Cleaning for Niles Businesses
We also clean commercial spaces — offices, storefronts, and the kinds of small workplaces where a dirty restroom or a dusty lobby gets noticed immediately. Because our hours run into the evening Monday through Friday, we can often come in after you close so your staff and customers never have to work around us.
Commercial work runs on consistency. We'd rather set a regular rhythm with you, learn the building, and keep it at a steady standard than show up occasionally for a big catch-up clean. Tell us how often you want us and what matters most in your space, and we'll build a schedule around it.
"Had a good experience with MoPs Cleaning."
Scheduling, Hours and How to Reach Us
Flexible scheduling is the part clients mention most. Early mornings, late afternoons, weekends — we do our best to fit you in where it actually works. Here's when you can reach us:
- Monday through Friday: 8:00am – 7:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Call (574) 993-1147 and tell us a little about the property — how many bedrooms and bathrooms, whether it's a home or a business, and how often you're thinking. We'll give you a straight answer about availability and cost, and if we're not the right fit for what you need, we'll say so.
