Most of our clients know her as Patti. She owns MoPs Cleaning Services and runs it out of South Bend, and she's the reason this is a local company rather than a franchise with a call center three states away. When someone in Granger calls about a four-bedroom house, Patti is the one who shows up, walks the place, and tells you honestly what it will take.
That hands-on approach shapes everything else. There's no script, no upsell routine, no checklist someone else wrote. Patti sets the standard for every home and every commercial space we clean, and she'd rather turn down work than send out a crew that isn't going to do it right.
How Our Cleaners Work
We handle two kinds of jobsresidential cleaning and commercial cleaning — and our team is set up for both. A house in Mishawaka and an office in Elkhart need different things, different timing, and sometimes a different pace, so we don't pretend one approach covers everything.
A few things hold true no matter which side of the business you're hiring:
- Fully insured. Every job, every property, no exceptions.
- Flexible scheduling. Weekly, every other week, monthly, or a one-time deep clean. Evenings and weekends are on the table — we're open until 7pm on weekdays and we work Saturdays and Sundays too.
- Consistency. We want you seeing the same familiar people, not a rotating cast of strangers.
- Homes and vacation rentals. Turnovers between guests are a regular part of what we do around South Bend and Notre Dame.
- Straight answers. If a job needs more time than you budgeted for, we'll say so up front rather than rushing it.
