A Local Cleaning Team Elkhart Can Count On
We're not a franchise with a call center three states away. MoPs is a local company based at 3217 Rexford Dr in South Bend, and Elkhart is a short drive up the road. That matters more than people expect — it means you talk to the person who's actually going to be in your home, and it means we can be flexible when your week changes at the last minute.
Alongside Elkhart, we regularly clean in Niles, South Bend, Notre Dame, Mishawaka, Granger, Osceola and Edwardsburg. Same team, same standard, wherever you are in the area.
I live in Granger and have had bad experiences with cleaners for my 4 bedroom house in the past. A coworker suggested I call Patti with MOPS cleaning. She was AMAZING!
Residential Cleaning for Elkhart Homes and Rentals
Most of what we do is straightforward house cleaning in Elkhart — kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, the rooms that never seem to stay on top of themselves. Some clients have us in every week, some every other week, and some just want an occasional deep clean before family visits or after a big project. All of those are fine by us.
We also clean vacation rentals. If you've got a property in the area that turns over between guests, we can work to your booking calendar so the place is ready for the next arrival without you driving over to check.
- Weekly, biweekly or monthly house cleaning
- One-time and occasional cleans
- Vacation rental and short-term rental turnovers
- Apartments, condos and single-family homes
- Fully insured, so your property is covered
Commercial Cleaning for Elkhart Businesses
We clean commercial spaces too — offices, small business premises, the sort of places where a tidy front room and a clean restroom say something about how you run things. Because our hours run into the evening on weekdays and we work weekends as well, we can usually clean around your business rather than through the middle of it.
Every commercial job starts with a conversation about what the space actually needs and how often. There's no standard package we try to squeeze you into. Tell us what matters most in your building and we'll build the schedule around that.

Scheduling, Hours and How to Reach Us
Flexible scheduling is the thing clients mention most, and we mean it literally: we're open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Sunday 10:00am to 2:00pm. Early morning before work, late afternoon, or a weekend slot — whatever fits, we'll try to make it work.
The fastest way to get started is to call Patricia directly at (574) 993-1147. Tell us where in Elkhart you are, roughly how big the space is, and how often you'd like us there. We'll go from there.
